What is your personal mission statement?

To develop and grow my understanding of life and love. To continually seek truth and spirit. Show up fully and create phat bass music.

What is your vision for the podcast?

I hope to showcase the wisdom and eclectic teachings and teachers that we have at Naropa. It is unlike anywhere else and I want others to hear what we are doing and what we have to say about the mindfulness movement.

What is your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievement (at this time) is learning how to manifest what serves me: traveling, knowledge, spirit integration, psychedelic exploration, and community building. Other than that, I would say graduating as an older student, going to Burning Man, and discovering an undeniable devotion and LOVE for music.

What makes you the happiest at Naropa?

I’m happiest when I’m working on amazing and fun projects, attending unique events, and collaborating with my team and the greater University.

What do you tell people about your Naropa education?

I tell people that my Naropa education was a pivotal point in my life. It allowed me to go deeper into myself, more than an average education could ever give me. Only a contemplative education could have opened me up in such a way that propelled me into a lifelong enjoyable journey that feels customly crafted for my soul.

How has your work life been impacted by your Naropa education?

My Naropa education informs my work life with the ability to insert a contemplative approach to work and life. This has helped me a lot with my creativity, energy, and problem solving.

What are you most passionate about?

I’m most passionate about MUSIC, bass music, electronic music, dj’ing, producing music, drums, expanding consciousness and awareness, aliens, heady crystals, community, and kittens and puppy love.

You are here; you are living; let it be that way—that is mindfulness. Your heart pulsates and you breathe. All kinds of things are happening in you at once. Let mindfulness work with that; let that be mindfulness. Let every beat of your heart, every breath, be mindfulness itself. ~ Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche
